Currently, Morgan is working as a Contracted Technician for Smart Inc./ Smart Ride, working on projects such as Universal Orlando's newest attraction the Velocicoaster and working directly with the Universal Studios paint shop. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, Morgan was the head of Automation and Rigging on Blue Man Group's World Tour, an Automation Technician and Carpenter on the creation of Cirque Du Soleil and Disney's Drawn to Life, and both a Technical Consultant and Rigging & Staging Technician for Universal Orlando's Art & Design and Entertainment Departments. She has also worked with Universal Creative decorating queue lines and ride tracks for the new attractions.
Morgan is a graduate from the BFA Design and Technology program, with a focus in Scenery, from the University of Central Florida. She has built for Academic theatre, taking on roles such as Master Carpenter for The Importance of Being Earnest, Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up, The Divine Sister, and The Understudy. She expanded her knowledge of scenery through being the Assistant Scenic Designer for Spunk and the Harlem Literati and Scenic Designer for Cloud 9. Morgan took the opportunity to study her craft more in depth by spending 5 weeks in Novafeltria, Italy as a scenic carpentry and painting intern for La Musica Lirica. Morgan also closed out Cirque Du Soleil's La Nouba show at Disney Springs on December 31, 2017.
